Support is available 24 hours a day, so clients and families always have someone to turn to.

Christiana Gyamfi, Registered Manager

I've worked in healthcare and leadership roles, including within the NHS, with experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, team leadership and service development.

I believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. That's why I put so much into supporting and developing our carers, so that every visit is safe, compassionate and built around the person we're supporting.

My aim is simple: that every client and family feels valued and heard, and that the people we support can live as independently and safely as possible in their own homes.
