  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with individuals, families, and team members.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards governing care practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is preferred.
  • Demonstrated compassion and empathy, with a sincere desire to make a positive impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Basic understanding of personal care routines and health monitoring procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow guidance and instructions.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and adaptability to varying work schedules.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
  • Valid certification in relevant training, such as First Aid or Moving and Handling, is advantageous.
